Have previously used for gutter cleaning with good results however have recently booked in for gutter repair and have had no response after booking. The booked day came and gone, no response when queried if the booking had been changed and no response since. Disappointing after a previously positive service

First time having my windows cleaned by Green master services, and they have done a great job also you can pay by cash or if you are not in when they clean Yr windows they will leave a note through door with bank details to pay online which is fab also I know exactly when they are coming next time as they give you the next date.... Great service and I have been on ages trying to find  a reliable window cleaner others who said they would turn up didn't but thank you Greenmaster services

Booked online messaged to say they were coming - did the front of the house but not the back - complained they said he knocked he didn’t I have Camera evidence - he then came back told my husband they couldn’t use ladders. Complained and was told that’s not the case they just can’t go over a flat room to gain access to a garden for health and safety. They should never accepted the job. So I asked for refund as they charged me £22 for 3 small windows. They haven’t refunded me and I’ve never had any window company refuse to go over the flat roof. Disgraceful. I am reviewing it so others are aware as they have not refunded

It was very easy to set up an appointment after getting a quote.
Everything that happened promptly and very efficiently.  The gutters and facias in the carriage was also cleared, although it was not part of the original Discussion.
